Hm, im Grunde läuft die Serie ja noch gar nicht regelmäßig, das kommt ja erst Ende Mai, und selbst wenn es erfolgreich ist, dann wird eine zweite Staffel bestimmt frühestens im Januar kommen, vielleicht stehts deshalb nicht drin

Die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt, aber die Tatsache, dass Traveler letztes Jahr von der Fall-Season in den Mai verschoben und die Episodenzahl - bevor überhaupt eine Folge gelaufen ist - von 13 auf 8 gekürzt wurde spricht nicht gerade von Vertrauen der Leute bei ABC in die Serie. Zudem sind die Quoten sehr schwach, wenn man bedenkt, das MIT Grey's Anatomy DAS Zugpferd von ABC davor läuft und nicht mal die Hälfte der Zuschauer dabei bleibt. Und jetzt bei den Upfronts kein Sterbenswörtchen zu Traveler...
So leid es mir um die Serie tut, die Indizien sprechen imho eine deutliche Sprache.

The New Shows:
Kid Nation: A reality show from the producers of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. 40 kids, ages 8 to 15 were put in the abandoned town of Bonanza City, New Mexico. Over the course of 40 days the children build a society, electing leaders, passing laws, establishing an economy, etc. Expect lots of warm and fuzzy EM:HE style moments.
Swingtown: An ensemble period drama set during the sexual liberation of the 1970s. Look to see open marriages, key parties, a 10PM time slot, and protests from various family values and religious groups. Grant Show (Melrose Place), Jack Davenport (Coupling, the good one from the UK), Josh Hopkins (Brothers & Sisters), Lana Parrilla (Windfall), Miriam Shor (Big Day), and Molly Parker (Deadwood) star. A good cast and an edgy premise make it worth a look.
Viva Laughlin: Lloyd Owen (Monarch of the Glen) stars as Ripley Holden. The show is a musical drama about Ripley and his family as they attempt to run a casino in Laughlin, NV. It's based on the BBC show, Blackpool, but just how much the two will have in common remains to be seen. Among the cast you will find Madchen Amick (Freddie), Patrick Fabian (Veronica Mars), Melanie Griffith (Twins), and Hugh Jackman, who also produces the show.
Moonlight: Formerly known as Twilight, this one centers on a private investigator/vampire. Yes, stodgy old CBS is making a vampire P.I. show. Alex O'Loughlin stars as the vampire investigator and the story will revolve around his struggles with immortality, feuds with adversaries in the vampire world, and a romance with a mortal. Along for the ride are Amber Valetta (Transporter 2), Rade Serbedzija (24), Shannon Lucio (The O.C.), and James Black (All Of Us).
Cane: Jimmy Smits (West Wing) stars in this drama about a Cuban-American family that "explores the American dream, past, present, and future." The story follows two rival families that have built an empire in the sugar and rum industries. Smits will be joined by Hector Elizondo (Chicago Hope) and Rita Moreno.
Big Bang Theory: From Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre, this one follows two theoretical physicists who meet a sexy new neighbor that teaches them about life from a new perspective. Johnny Galecki (Roseanne), Jim Parsons (Judging Amy), and Kelly Cuoco (Eight Simple Rules) star. It sounds like an updated Weird Science to me, but the update is by Chuck Lorre, so it will be worth a look.
Power of 10: CBS isn't immune to the new game show craze, and this is their entry. Hosted by Drew Carey, the show will have contestants guessing the results of public surveys for a chance to win up to $10 million. It's like Family Feud, without the family, and if the recent trend in game shows is any indication, a whole lot of stalling before getting to "survey says." The show is set for a summer release.

Geht mir genauso, es hört sich schon sehr stark nach Abklatsch an, aber vielleicht werden wir ja auch positiv überrascht und die Serie ist wider erwarten originell, wer weis
Ach ja ich vergaß, die Serie werde ich mir frühestens nächstes Jahr zu den Upfronts anschauen um nicht schon wieder Zeit in eine dem Tode geweihte Serie zu investieren

Hm, auch nicht wirklich was tolles dabei... Aber ich schließe mich an, wenn etwas bei CBS interessant werden könnte dann "Moonlight". Ich habe allerdings auch die gleiche Angst um den "Angel"-Abklatsch.
Irgendwie haut mich noch keine Serie absolut vom Hocker. Ich bin echt mal gespannt auf die Umsetzung einiger Serien, aber nichts wo ich denke: "DAS MUSS ICH SEHEN!"

Sie haben Jericho abgesetzt???  Gaaah, noooo!! Ich hatte so auf nen zweiten Versuch gehofft
Und ich dachte, The Class liefe gut, aber vielleicht hab ich da immer falsch geschaut...
Bei CBS brauchen sie nicht viele neue Serien, weil sie so viele erfolgreiche haben, und da sagt mir irgendwie noch weniger zu als bei den anderen beiden Sendern...

So, nachdem ich auf Trailer-Suche ging und mich bisschen mehr mit den neuen Serie befasst habe, interessieren mich bisher nur Bionic Woman und Sam I Am.
Der Trailer zu BW ist klasse und Katee Sackhoff vs die Hauptdarstellerin?  Das war sehr cool!  Den Trailer gibts auf nbc.com.
Und Sam I Am interessiert mich vor allem wegen Christina Applegate und Jean Smart Und das scheint ganz lustig zu werden, deswegen werde ich da auch einfach mal reinschauen
Und Gossip Girl schau ich mir vielleicht an, mal gucken... joah, das wärs dann auch an den neuen Serien, find ich aber gut so, will nicht noch mehr haben

Mich um ehrlich zu sein auch nicht, hätte eh nicht richtig damit gerechnet, immerhin ist VM glaube ich ja auch die schwächste CW Sendung (gewesen), oder? Nahja, ich kann der Serie leider nicht nachweinen, nicht nach so einer Season

Return of Jezebel James: A comedy about a woman who asks her estranged sister to carry her child. Stars Parker Posey and Lauren Ambrose.
Rules for Starting Over: The Farrelly Brothers' comedy about a man who returns to the dating scene after a number of years in a relationship. Co-stars Rashida Jones, who plays 'Karen' on The Office. Fox promises a spring premiere, but currently does not have it on the schedule.
Kitchen Nightmares: Gordon Ramsey returns, this time he's not harassing wanna-be chefs, but he is trying to help failing restaurants survive.
Nashville: Unscripted show about young people pursuing musical dreams in Nashville. From the producers of Laguna Beach.
Canterbury's Law: Stars Julianna Margulies as an aggressive defense attorney who "is willing to bend the law in order to protect the wrongfully accused."
The Search for the Next Great American Band: Same as American Idol, but with bands.

Also irgendwie starten in diesem Jahr wirklich nur wenige interessante neue Serien. Reaper auf TheCW werde ich mir wohl mal angucken, alleine weil Kevin Smith dran beteiligt ist. Und ich hatte mich auch so ein wenig auf The Sarah Connor Chronicles gefreut, aber wenn das erst im nächsten Jahr kommt dann... naja... muss man halt leider ein wenig warten.
Und VM soll nicht zu Ende gehen, egal wie Season 3 nun ausgesehen hat...

Hmm,irgendwie sagt mir keine Serien richtig zu.
ich warte einfach auf Eure Reviews und entscheide dann nach Eurer Begeisterung.
Aber die Musik im Gossip Girl trailer gefiel mir schon mal...
